All papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format to ict2011@cihe.edu.hk and cc to drphiliptsang@gmail.com. Selected technical papers will be published in Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) (ISSN: 1865-0929) by Springer. Papers should be prepared in 10~15 pages LNCS format*. Selected technology and education papers will be published in the International Journal of Interactive Technology and Smart Education (Emerald, UK) http://www.emeraldinsight.com/itse.htm or International Journal of Innovation and Learning. *LNCS format - Using Microsoft Word 97-2003.
